We are committed to providing a safe and healthy social environment for all users, especially minors. In accordance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, we hereby publish our explicit standards prohibiting Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Zero-Tolerance Policy:Himobmaintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or related behavior. Any confirmed violations will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent regional bodies.

1. Published Standards Against CSAE

The following activities and content are strictly prohibited on Himob:

Sharing, uploading, distributing, soliciting, or promoting any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, text descriptions, or links;
Any form of grooming, sexual solicitation, sexual harassment, or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors;
Any content or communication involving the sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or sexual trafficking of children;
Encouraging, assisting, or instructing others to engage in the above behaviors;
Any content that endangers children’s physical or mental well-being or violates applicable child protection laws.

2. Detection, Removal, and Enforcement

Upon becoming aware of or confirming CSAE or CSAM-related content or behavior, we will:

Immediately remove the offending content;
Permanently ban the involved account(s);
Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional child protection / law enforcement authority;
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Himob provides an easy-to-use in-app reporting feature. Users can report suspicious content or behavior directly from chats, posts, profiles, or other areas by selecting the “Report” option and choosing “Child Safety” or a related category. All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.
